1. OVERVIEW This website is operated by NOIR VÉRITÉ. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCTS All products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we do not hold physical inventory. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print processes.

3. ORDERS By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

4. PRICING All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner within 24 hours of purchase. Production takes 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. NOIR VÉRITÉ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. To request a replacement, contact us at noirverite101@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of NOIR VÉRITÉ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY NOIR VÉRITÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
