ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? Orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days, then shipped. Delivery times vary by location:

  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship worldwide? Yes — NOIR VERITE ships globally. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

PRODUCTS

Are your products made on demand? Yes. Every NOIR VERITE piece is produced on demand — meaning it's made specifically for you when you order. This allows us to keep drops limited and quality high with zero excess waste.

What sizes do you carry? We carry sizes XS–3XL on most styles. Check individual product pages for size guides.

Will sold-out items come back? Some styles return, others don't. Follow us and sign up for restock alerts to stay in the loop.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original condition. Since items are made on demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues — please check the size guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us immediately at support@noirverite.com and we'll make it right.
